Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone with a professional and helpful
  • attitude
  • Provide accurate pricing and generate timely, detailed quotations
  • Process sales and invoices efficiently and accurately
  • Answer product, service, and availability inquiries with confidence and accuracy
  • Assist with inventory organization and validation to ensure product availability
  • Monitor service quality and response time to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices, system use, and customer


engagement



  • Promote a customer-first mindset and foster a positive, service-oriented culture
  • Collaborate with other departments on inventory, risk/opportunity assessment, and


process improvement



  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and company goals


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sector
  • Previous experience in a team lead, supervisor, or training role strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Proficiency with inventory/sales systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Customer-first attitude and commitment to service excellence
  • Knowledge of oilfield or industrial equipment is a strong plus


Work Environment & Schedule:



  • Onsite, fast-paced work environment in Midland, TX
  • Standard business hours with occasional overtime or weekend coverage as needed
