Supplier Change Control
6 months West Point, PA 19486 Position will be Hybrid with 3 days on site/2 remote (AFTER FULLY TRAINED). Ideal candidate- Good Excel skills, Lab work/experience- knowledge of how a pharma company uses products, Comfortable in lab environment/experience even though this is not lab work, Supply chain experience. Qualifications: Education Minimum: Bachelors preferably in Scientific, Engineering, or related field. Minimum Experience and Skills * Minimum 5 years experience in Technical, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or related Business Operations working with products or processes is required * Demonstrated Quality, Technical and / or Manufacturing experience in the areas of pharmaceutical, medical device, and / or vaccine manufacturing or packaging * Ability to work within a matrix organization and leverage expertise from other functions and departments * Proven self-starter * Ability to develop and / or improve supplier relationships * Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management Systems * Knowledge of cGMPs, technical writing, data management collection and analysis * Possess excellent interpersonal, inclusion, and communication skills * Appreciates and respects diversity, cultures, and norms * Facilitates business negotiations in a professional manner * Ability to Prioritize, Align and Simplify * Works independently with all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated the following skills: Rapid / Disciplined decisions, Acts with courage and candor, Drives results, Escalation of issues / concerns to management, as appropriate Preferred Experience and Skills * Experience with external supplier change control * Proficiency with MS Excel * Demonstrated ability to work with Suppliers * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Six Sigma Greenbelt desired Responsibilities:
