Position Summary
The Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks to hire a Research Program Manager to oversee research efforts for the UNC PRO Center of Excellence (Center), under the direction of Dr. Lynne Wagner. The Center will serve as a central hub for grant proposals, training activities, project statistical analyses, internal research consultations, production of manuscripts, and an ongoing seminar series and play a major role in our efforts to integrate ePRO into EPIC to enhance both clinical care and Research operations. This position will direct and manage Dr. Wagner's research portfolio conducted through the Center including project management for ECOG- ACRIN National Cancer Institute ( NCI) Community Oncology Research Program ( NCORP) research base activities and Dr. Wagner's extramurally funded projects. This position would also manage additional research staff within the center.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Relevant post-Baccalaureate degree required (or foreign degree equivalent); for candidates demonstrating comparable independent research productivity, will accept a relevant Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) and 3 or more years of relevant experience in substitution. May require terminal degree and licensure.
