Job DescriptionVisa is searching for a Senior Manager to join both our Global Marketing Services and North America Marketing Services Teams, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Global and North America Marketing Services Leader. This is a high visibility, high exposure role and the individual will be responsible for three critical areas: Coordinate workstreams within Global Marketing Services, Loyalty, Digital Experience and Capabilities, and Technology to support the global implementation and development of Visa's MarTech platform. Oversee cross-functional workstreams maintaining comprehensive program status reports and driving accountability across stakeholder groups to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of commercialization milestones for the new MarTech platform Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, developing and executing mitigation strategies while providing regular, executive-ready status updates to senior leadership to inform decision-making and maintain launch momentum.
The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Marketing Services Team, managing project workstreams for the commercialization of a new MarTech platform intended to support the financial growth objectives of Marketing Services in the coming years. This position is also responsible for overseeing the distribution and adoption of sales enablement materials and processes, supporting a global team of sellers in achieving both Visa's client marketing objectives and Visa's overall growth targets. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Client Marketing Teams, other Global Marketing Teams (including Product Marketing, Content, Insights & Analytics), Technology, third-party vendors, and Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), among others. The position requires the ability to integrate strategic planning with detailed execution. Essential Functions Project manage global MarTech commercialization workstreams

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,700.00 to 223,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
