Receiving/Stores Technician-2nd Shift

The Receiving/Stores Technician position is located in Dixon, ILand will be responsible for bringing production lines component parts from inventory, maintain accurate inventory control, unload and load from delivery trucks and place in appropriate locations. This is a 2nd shift position, Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm to 12:00am.

Role Responsibilities:

• Picks orders according to pick list or shipment orders
• Counts and/or weighs piece parts/finished goods; performs cycle counting
• Drives a stand-up or sit-down powered industrial vehicle
• Uses computer to encode piece parts that were removed and/or returned to inventory. In addition, encodes and puts away incoming material
• Labels hazardous materials and/or waste as appropriate
• Handles finished goods
• Loads finished goods on trucks/unloads deliveries from trucks
• Moves equipment, skids, etc. according to supervisors/managers instruction
• Prepares shipments for next day, second day, third day, international, consignee billing, and other specialized shipments
• Handle Chemicals and other Hazardous materials

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Computer knowledge
• Stand-up or sit-down powered industrial vehicle experience

Hourly Rate: $20.32

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
