Material Handler - 1st Shift (Menomonee Falls Area) Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a clean, climate-controlled environment and steady schedule. Pay: $20-$21/hr (Based on Experience) Schedule: Mon-Thu 7:00am-3:30pm \| Fri 6:00am-2:30pm Responsibilities: Pull, organize, and stage materials for production Transfer materials using stand-up forklift or pallet jack Mix ink and prep components for press operations Return unused materials to inventory and maintain clean work area Perform inventory counts and communicate with team daily Requirements: Stand-up forklift experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet Detail-oriented and reliable Perks: Team-focused culture, clean workspace Steel-toed shoes required only when operating press Quality Packaging Lead - 1st Shift (Menomonee Falls Area) Temp-to-Hire opportunity with steady hours, great pay ($22-$23/hr), and full benefits. What You'll Do: Lead and train the packaging team Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and sealed correctly Operate and troubleshoot packaging equipment Track inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace Requirements: High school diploma/GED (some college preferred) Prior packaging, warehouse, or team lead experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Strong communication and problem-solving skills Forklift/pallet jack experience a plus Dress Code: T-shirt/jeans; steel-toed shoes required in the shop
