Role Overview As a Clinical Supervisor, you will: Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients Support managerial duties delegated by leadership Provide hands-on nursing care as needed Uphold Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards Supervise Med/Surg - Adults/Peds, Medical Surgical, and Cardiac Telemetry units ???? Qualifications Minimum Required: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (willingness to obtain BSN) Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in Missouri 2-3 years of patient care experience CPR certification Preferred: BS in Nursing, Nursing Management, or Healthcare Business-related field Supervisory or management experience Ready to make a difference with Mercy Hospital?
