Production Operator

Job Description:

The Operator is responsible for controlling production line machinery, setting up equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining production speed. Essential duties involve operating machines to mold candies, loading molds, adjusting depositor levels, and recording production data. The role requires strict adherence to food safety, GMP, and safety rules, while maintaining a clean and efficient work area.

Speed and production: Maintain the correct machine speed as directed by supervisors and document production data as required.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in a food manufacturing environment or similar industry preferred
