| Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Workday Technical Analyst plays a critical role in the configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday platform. This position serves as a technical expert and strategic partner to HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams, ensuring that Workday is aligned with business needs and organizational goals. The analyst is responsible for maintaining system integrity, enhancing functionality, and supporting data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analytics. This role requires a strong understanding of Workday modules, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions and continuous improvements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: System Configuration & Maintenance 
 Configure and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, etc.)Manage security roles, business processes, and calculated fieldsTroubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Workday support as needed Integrations & Data Management 
 Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrationsEnsure data integrity through audits and troubleshootingPartner with the Data team to support reporting & data analyticsSupport development of custom reports and dashboards Upgrades & Enhancements 
 Lead regression testing for Workday releasesGather and document business requirementsRecommend and implement new features to improve efficiencySupport compliance and audit requirements with accurate reporting Collaboration & Support 
 Serve as a liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and other departmentsProvide technical guidance to stakeholdersFacilitate user acceptance testing and stakeholder verificationCompletes additional IT projects or other duties as assigned by management REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
 Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; or an associate's degree and 2+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of Workday technical experience with Workday Pro Certification or ability to obtain in HCM, Payroll/Workforce Management, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Adaptive Planning, Integration & Studio, Prism Analytics, Extend, and/or Reporting & BIRT modulesStrong understanding of HCM processes and data structuresKnowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLTExperience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and integrationsCustomer-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a high level of energy, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitudeProven ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to fast-paced and evolving IT environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWork authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Most often in a typical office environment Additional Job Description: Base Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 The base salary range may vary depending on geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
