Technical Support Specialist

Imaris is one of our main software solutions for our customers and is the world's leading interactive microscopy image analysis software. We have a team of experts in the key software technologies for 2D and 3D microscopy image rendering, visualization, and analysis.

We are hiring for a Technical Support Specialist who will assist in meeting Technical 1st level support objectives for the Imaris Software Packages for customers based across EMEA and USA.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide effective first level support of technical license, IT compatibility and other technical or operational issues.

The Technical Support Specialist will have:



  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service or help desk experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS
  • Technical knowledge with hardware, subsystems, peripheral and networking equipmen
  • Knowledge of Imaris software would be an advantage
