Summary: The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager designs, implements, and evaluates strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing tailored programs (e-learning, workshops, coaching), managing budgets and learning resources, collaborating with HR and department heads, and tracking program effectiveness. Essential skills for this role are strong communication, project management, strategic thinking, and proficiency with learning management systems (LMS). Responsibilities:
