Participates in the development of programming, design, project plans, and proposes/recommends revisions and/or refinements, including identifying and proposing solutions to potential challenges, for health campus buildings and infrastructure. Ability to research, collect and analyze data from Facilities, Clinical and Support departments to develop project programs; Plays a pivotal role in the Integrated Project Team with the project manager and architectural design team/consultants in creation of scopes of work and construction documents; assists with disruption mitigations for construction projects in acute patient care and outpatient areas and the planning and facilitation of complex infrastructure shutdowns. Works with regulatory and licensing teams along with clinical and support service departments to manage the transition and activation phase and prepare spaces for licensing and first patient use. Uses advanced planning concepts and objectives to resolve highly complex issues and provide high level expertise and assistance to senior management on all aspects of capital project planning.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
 
 
 Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $97,200 - $182,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $46.55 - $87.16 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
