The Aftermarket Center (AMC) Customer Fulfillment Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless customer transactions from inquiry to remittance. This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer orders, including quoting, order entry, fulfillment, and post-shipment support. The role requires close collaboration with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues, prioritize fulfillment, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist - AMC, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning quoting, order entry, order fulfillment, post-shipment, and overall customer issue resolution throughout all phases of the business cycle for parts
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on customer requirements to ensure compliance and/or note exceptions on quotations and purchase orders
  • Managing and resolving commercial and technical risks, including pricing issues and technical clarifications
  • Facilitating order entry, providing order status updates, resolving customer issues, and attending customer meetings as necessary
  • Managing shop fulfillment prioritization of customer-specific orders
  • Managing hold orders and maximizing on-time delivery through constant communication and prioritization of shop fulfillment
  • Working in close partnership with sales teams on customer and order-related issues
  • Managing escalations from external customers through AMC by clearly communicating, influencing teams, and prioritizing activities

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical preferred) from an accredited college or university (or an associate's degree in a related field; high school diploma considered)
  • Have 3+ years of experience in customer service, including in the aftermarket/services industry
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess control and/or relief valve technical experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience in the valve industry (aftermarket/services)
  • Have experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
