The Opportunity:
In this newly created role, as Global Claims Transformation Program Director you will lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and success of QBE's Global Claims Transformation initiative across our global operations. Location: New York, NY Work Arrangement: Hybrid The salary range for this role is $320,000 - $480,000 Your New Role: You'll oversee a cross-regional program with a global remit to reimagine and elevate the way we support and resolve claims ensuring that customers remain at the heart of our claims function. The Global Claims Transformation Program Director will guide transformation strategy across our regions, managing change initiatives and fostering innovation to deliver measurable outcomes in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role can be located in one of our major office locations of Sydney, New York or London. Key responsibilities include:
