Position Description:

The Mobile Logistics Team manages the flow of products from origin to final customer delivery. As an integral part of the supply chain, the logistics group ensures the timely delivery of mobile phones and accessories within the United States and Puerto Rico. The Logistics Financial Manager is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and projection - forecasting future revenues and expenditures, establishing cost structures, and budgeting for projects. This role leverages historical financial data to predict future results, create strategies for long-term goals, and drive process and policy improvements.

The Financial Manager will generate monthly forecasts, financial reports, and budgets, manage invoice processing and cost tracking, and oversee monthly cost-saving initiatives. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to validate data and analyze costs associated with logistics operations (import, warehouse, and transportation). The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives and monitors discrepancies to ensure accountability.

Responsibilities:



  • Data analysis
  • Develop financial models that support decision-making
  • Produce financial reports on expenses, budgets, cost savings, and more
  • Develop long-term business plans and strategies
  • Monitor and manage budgets
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and variance analyses
  • Reallocate costs to appropriate cost centers
  • Oversee the month-end closing process
  • Develop strategies to minimize financial risk
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, HQ, and logistics teams to align resources
  • Assess and manage financial risks
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial management and reporting
  • Prepare executive-level financial performance presentations
  • Participate in ad hoc projects




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial principles
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain operations preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Korean bilingual preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
