Business Development Engineers

Job Duties: 

Explore new business opportunities to achieve corporate sales goals via scientific communication with customers (including vendors) regarding Biocytogen’s latest technologies including gene targeting principles, preclinical services, disease modeling, genetically engineered mouse models, cell lines, pharmacology, and antibody services. Specifically,

Ø Maintain and promote relationship and explore new opportunities with pharmaceutical companies to provide contract research organization (CRO) services. Reach out new customers and expand market for Biocytogen’s products and services.

Ø Provide scientific perspectives and explanations about applications with Biocytogen’s animal models and preclinical services. Respond to inquiries for the existing and potential customers and explain principles of Biocytogen’s latest technologies.

Ø Attend scientific conferences to increase the exposure of the Biocytogen’s brand and seek potential opportunities to develop business prospects and research collaborations.

Ø Collaborate with marketing team to understand customers’ requirements on preclinical study designs, promote the sale of Biocytogen’s products and services, and provide technical support based on customers’ scientific interest.

Ø Review preclinical research proposals and generate quotes based on the proposals. Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customers’ requirements.

Ø Communicate and coordinate with scientific teams to understand customers’ needs and connect with the Biocytogen’s novel and cutting-edge platforms to meet the research needs for different disease models.

Ø Stay current on industry news and trends, cutting-edge therapeutic products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.

Job Requirements:

Ø Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical, Bioengineering, Microbiology and Immunology, Pharmaceutical Science, or a closely related field.
