Overview Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director, Strategic Partnerships to our team! Reporting to the SVP, Specialty Pharmacy, the Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals that establish, maintain, and enhance effective relationships with strategic partners to the specialty pharmacy. Strategic partners include pharmaceutical manufacturers (Pharma), wholesalers, health systems, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and other pertinent partners. The Director, Strategic Partnerships is responsible for partnering and negotiating contracts with manufacturers for limited distribution drugs (LDDs), enhanced service contracts, wholesaler and GPO contracting, and health system partnerships. The individual in this position will provide decision guidance through strategic planning, modeling, forecasting, and budget impact analysis.
