Job Description	ECU Graduate School is currently seeking several motivated and professional office assistants to support the Graduate School Admissions Office. This position involves a variety of administrative and outreach tasks essential to the successful operation of our admissions and recruitment efforts. Duties may include: Assisting with the organization and processing of admission applications, including document imaging, scanning, indexing, and electronic storage Answering phones and responding to emails Filing, copying, and other general clerical responsibilities Assisting with calling prospective students and text message campaigns Giving campus tours to prospective graduate students Staffing the Mendenhall lobby and the Graduate School welcome reception desk as needed Assisting with social media campaigns and digital outreach Supporting in-person recruiting events (e.g., Grad School Fair) Assisting with Graduate School-sponsored events such as 3MT (Three Minute Thesis), RCAW (Research & Creative Achievement Week), and others
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)	Preferably with a background in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, Psychology or Sociology
