The Fine Dining Bartender is responsible for creating a sophisticated and memorable beverage experience for guests. This role requires exceptional knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and food pairings, along with refined service skills that reflect the standards of a luxury dining environment. The Bartender ensures every guest receives warm, attentive, and elevated service that enhances the overall fine dining experience. In alignment with our brand's luxury standards and service expectations, this position upholds the highest levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

What will you be doing?

Bar Preparation & Presentation



  • Maintain a polished and fully stocked bar with premium spirits, fine wines, artisanal beers, and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Prepare and present garnishes, syrups, and mixers daily with precision and attention to detail.
  • Ensure bar setup aligns with fine dining standards of cleanliness, organization, and elegance.


Guest Engagement & Service



  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness.
  • Provide expert recommendations on wine, cocktails, and food pairings.
  • Craft cocktails with creativity, precision, and artistry, always presenting beverages with refined garnishes and flawless glassware.


Execution & Compliance



  • Uphold all state, federal, and company alcohol service regulations.
  • Accurately process orders and payments while maintaining discretion and efficiency.
  • Safeguard all beverage inventory, tools, and financial transactions.


Collaboration & Teamwork



  • Support servers and colleagues by preparing drinks promptly and maintaining clear communication.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on beverage knowledge and service techniques.
  • Contribute to a seamless guest experience across the dining room and lounge.


What is required?



  • 2+ years experience as a bartender preferred
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, fine wines, and food pairings.
  • Strong understanding of mixology techniques, bar tools, and classic cocktail recipes.
  • Refined guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs and personalize experiences.
  • Excellent communication, memory, and multitasking skills under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and polished demeanor at all times.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Permit/certification. (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire.
  • Ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
