Your Role at Baxter

As a Marketing Lead Coordinator on Baxter's Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and developing new sales opportunities from inbound marketing leads. Your work will directly impact the sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and passing high-quality leads to our sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on customer engagement and enjoys solving problems. This role can offer multiple avenues of growth.

Your Team

You'll be part of the Corporate Marketing organization, reporting to the Lead Qualification and Process Manager. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Virtual and Field Sellers, subject matter experts, and digital marketing professionals. Together, you'll drive lead management strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads into the sales funnel.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead Qualification:

  • Screen and qualify inbound inquiries from events, product trials, web forms, digital campaigns, and third-party sources.

  • Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales teams for follow-up and closing.

- Customer Engagement:

  • Engage prospects to understand their business challenges and align Baxter's solutions to their needs.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and offering insights.

- Collaboration & Analysis:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and exceed performance goals.

  • Provide and review report, insights, and feedback on the lead process.

- Continuous Learning:

  • Participate in Baxter's training programs to enhance your skills in digital selling, CRM tools, and product knowledge.

  • Stay current on industry trends and Baxter's offerings to become a subject matter expert.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of related experience required.

  • High School diploma required.

  • Marketing experience preferred.

  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required.

  • Familiarity with virtual/digital sales techniques preferred.

  • Prior experience in customer success, sales prospecting, or medical product/services sales development is beneficial.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $43,200 - $59,400 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
