Overview The SVP, Value-Based Care and Population Health is a transformative executive responsible for accelerating the shift from volume to value across an integrated delivery network (IDN). Aligned with Sentara's mission to improve health every day, this leader will create and execute a strategic vision to deliver high-quality, affordable care and superior outcomes with financial sustainability. This includes expanding the organization's capacity to manage population health risk and assume full financial risk through global and capitated arrangements, while aligning providers and leveraging data-driven strategies to elevate clinical quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
