As an Onboarding Program Manager on the Worldwide Learning Onboarding team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class, role-based onboarding experiences for our Small, Medium, Enterprise & Commerical (SME&C) teams and all priority roles within SME&C. You will lead the onboarding strategy for MCAPS, partnering closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, validate, and scale impactful programs. Your work will directly address the validation of skills and streamline the onboarding journey curriculum design framework, ensuring every learner's experience is efficient, relevant, and measurable. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of SME&C onboarding programs for MCAPS, executing through program/project management excellence. Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and learning professionals to design, validate, and evolve onboarding curriculum for all priority roles. Develop and implement a streamlined curriculum design framework that ensures onboarding journeys are efficient, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. Drive the validation of skills for all priority roles, integrating assessment and feedback mechanisms to ensure readiness and capability. Represent SME&C customer-facing roles in new and existing virtual onboarding programs, differentiating curriculum and experiences for maximum learner impact. Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and stakeholder community. Automation & AI Agentic Integration: Leverage automation tools and AI agentic experiences to streamline onboarding workflows, personalize learning journeys, and enhance learner engagement and productivity. Drive innovation and experimentation into onboarding programs to achieve high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners. Be data-driven, focusing on metrics and learner experience in decision-making and shaping the learner journey.
