Business Intelligence Analyst - People Analytics This is afull-time (40hrs a week), W2 contractrunning throughMarch 2026. The role is focused on data visualization, reporting, and analytics within a people-focused (HR) organization. Candidates should be experienced in transforming complex workforce and organizational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain analytics tools, dashboards, and reports that empower business and HR stakeholders with meaningful, data-driven insights. Job Description In this role, you will design and optimize dashboards and reports that simplify workforce data and support informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing data visualizations, onboarding new datasets, and maintaining alignment with data architecture standards. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to plan and execute analytics projects, uncover workforce trends, and craft narratives that influence business strategy. This role combines analytical rigor with creative problem-solving-ideal for someone who enjoys blending data analysis, stakeholder management, and strategic storytelling. Education and Experience
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $58-$61 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
