The Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer will provide executive level administrative support and coordination to the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer. The position will interact extensively with external and internalstakeholders. The Executive Assistant extensively interfaces between departments and outside parties, normally working with information that is ofacritical and sensitive nature.Ahigh degree of initiative is required in preparing reports or presentations,resolving issues, coordinatingacomplex individual and department schedule and maintain/building relationships.

This position is eligible for our resident and mobile personas. There is an in office expectation of 2-4 days per week in our Boston location.

Your Day to Day:

  • Coordinates executive's calendar, meetings, schedule, travel arrangements, expense reports, and prepares requisite materials. Consults with executive as needed to solicit information, provide critical updates and to coordinate information and priorities.
  • Responds toawide variety of requests for information,policies and procedures, and executive action. Analyzes needs and problems, and determines approach and priority. Takes initiative toresearchtechnical or out of policy questions. Evaluates and refers matters for appropriate handling, and coordinates, compiles and documents relevant data and background information to supportexecutive decision makingorproblem resolution.
  • Represents the company and CSO toawide variety of internal and external constituents. Builds relationships, proactively resolves issues and is up to date on current market, industry and companytrends, strategies and priorities.
  • Performsabroad range of administrative coordination and support duties requiring extensivecommunicationwithin and outside the company. Execution of assignments requiresahigh degree ofindependentaction, considerablejudgmentandanalyticalskill.
  • Applies multiplesoftware applicationsat an advanced level. Plans, organizes and compiles data. Analyzes needs and problems, researches facts, determines approach, and coordinates information retrieval, control and documentation procedures. Exercising creativity, initiative and an understanding of the executive objective, independently manipulates systems and applications to preparecommunications, budgets or data displays. Ensures accuracy of data/sources, and researches questions or problems demonstratingasound knowledge of corporate and divisional policies and operations.
  • Organizes, tracks, updates and maintains files, budgets andoperationaldata.
  • Provides support for division meetings, presentation development,team-buildingsupport, etc.

  • Demonstratedrelationship buildingskills andfinessein working withawide variety of internal and external constituents
  • Extremeflexibilityand willingness to shift gears and adjust thinking as business needs and organizations change.
  • Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office:Outlook, Word, Excel, andPowerPoint
  • Strong verbal/written communication skillsandattention to detail.
  • Proactivecommunicator and strong ability to anticipate needs; demonstrates initiative to find opportunities to drive improvement and "go the extra mile"
  • Excellent problem solving skillsandresourcefulness.
  • High EQ andprofessionalismin managing multiple competing priorities and needs of differentstakeholders
  • Maintains confidentiality ofanumber of key personnel and business issues.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of five years of executive level administrative and business experience
  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
Minimum Education Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

LocationBoston Time TypeFull time Hourly Range: $42.37 - $51.78

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
