Job Description - Enterprise Program Specialist I & IIPosition Description & Responsibilities A Program Specialist provides foundational support to program managers and project teams by coordinating logistics, maintaining documentation, and assisting with communication and reporting. The Program Specialist is accountable in a matrix relationship to Program Leadership Teams, and reports to the manager of the Enterprise Program Management Team. The Program Specialist works closely with business area Program Managers and Project Managers overseeing and delivering individual projects and programs. This position will take on leadership roles on small programs and other initiatives that require coordination support. With limited supervision, the Program Specialist collaborates with and supports business area project teams to execute strategic business initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to define program goals, facilitate execution, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
