Job SummaryThe position provides administrative and case management support to the Center for Student Success (CSS). The role supports intake coordination and data management for Accessibility Services, offers administrative support to CSS, and assists with educational programming. This position is designed for graduate students seeking to apply their coursework to real-world student support services. The Center for Student Success empowers Caltech students to achieve their highest academic and personal aspirations by providing comprehensive support, resources, and opportunities that foster growth, resilience, and innovation. CSS oversees Accessibility Services, the CARE Team, and student success initiatives, serving as a hub for connection, problem-solving, and guidance. The Center is committed to helping students overcome barriers and thrive in their academic journey.
