Location: Remote - TXDepartment: IS AdministrationShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: In this role, you are a vital member of the Digital Experience team providing direct support to the development and implementation of the Consumer Experience roadmap, including working with marketing, operations and other staff/ teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, strategic, organized, and innovative product owner who strives to empower current and prospective patients to effectively engage in their care digitally. This position is remote within the state of Texas. Employee must travel on site quarterly for strategic planning and periodically per the direction of the Vice President of the division. The Digital Product Owner will own the end-to-end lifecycle for all products within the Consumer portfolio, including websites, search, marketing automation, and customer engagement platforms. Our team is also responsible for digital analytics and a variety of patient portal enhancements. You will set the overall vision for the platform that is aligned to business value and user needs. This includes managing the roadmap and prioritizing features and stories to achieve the vision. This position provides leadership in the development and application of technical, software and process knowledge, ensuring that the needs of our customers are understood and comprehensively defined, enabling us to deliver solutions that continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and quality experience to our customers.
