Job Summary Utilizes clinical expertise to evaluate medical record chart documentation to ensure the clinical documentation reflects the level of service rendered to patients is complete and accurate. Extensive interaction with physicians and multidisciplinary team members required for facilitating modifications to the overall quality and completeness of the medical record documentation through ongoing education and monitoring.
