(Hybrid) Part Time Early Enrollment Coordinator - WVU Tech (Beckley)

West Virginia University Institute of Technology (WVU Tech), a part of the WVU System of campuses located in Beckley, WV, is currently accepting applications for a Part-Time Early Enrollment Coordinator.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and organized coordinator to manage the early enrollment program. The early enrollment coordinator will help recruit students, enroll them and ensure they are registered in courses. The coordinator will be the point of contact for the partnering public high schools, private high schools and home schools. The coordinator will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success and growth of the program.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of the Early Enrollment program.
• Recruit high schools and other organizations as appropriate to participate in Early Enrollment.
• Plan and facilitate Early Enrollment schedules with appropriate administrators in high schools and other organizations in WVU Tech's service region.
• Develop and monitor retention initiatives; collect and analyze data relating to enrollment trends.
  

Pay Grade: 15

Work Hours: 20 hours per week

• Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• A minimum of two (2) years of full-time work experience
• Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.

• All qualifications must be met by the time of employment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
