Job Title: Marketing and Communications Lead FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Global Marketing Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 workdays annually to work remote! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The role oversees the organization's communications plan and drives global marketing operations. It develops and implements internal and external strategies to ensure consistent messaging that promotes the corporate identity in line with our vision, mission, and values. The role coordinates marketing operations worldwide, aligning campaigns, processes, and resources with regional teams. It engages with global team members to represent employees and ensure marketing needs are met efficiently. The Lead also coaches and partners on communication planning for change initiatives, acting as a central connector for communications and marketing operations to support organizational alignment and execution. . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field Experience: 5+ years of professional experience; preferably in communications and/ or marketing operations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master's degree Experience: 7-10 Years of communications and/or marketing experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
