Overview
Goldbelt Seahawk designs, develops, and implements comprehensive solutions for problem spaces, including computer security, scalable architectures, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and network/data center operations. Specializing in local and enterprise-level incident response and forensic analysis, Seahawk's personnel deliver threat analysis and reporting while implementing solutions based on mature planning and development practices. Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be a part-time in person position at 10 hours/week in Juneau AK. This position will follow specific procedures and detailed instructions. Data entry work is required from various standardized source documents that have been coded and require little or no selecting coding or interpreting of data. All problems such as erroneous items and codes are resolved at the supervisory level.
**Preference will be given to Alaska Native and/or American Indian applicants.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Enter specific data into various systems.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing correspondence, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Type correspondence, reports, memos, maintaining computer-based and paper files, answering and screening telephone calls.
- Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
- Coordinates President's schedule and makes appointments.
- Answer routine inquires and preparing standard phone calls.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Prepare briefing, presentations, coordinating meetings, meeting agendas and internet-based research.
- Assists with preparation for Government contract invoice processing.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-years related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
