Marketing & Communications Support Specialist

As our Marketing & Communications Coordinator,
you'll be at the center of our brand, communications, and community engagement
efforts. You'll manage our donation, sponsorship, and volunteer hour portal,
support both digital and traditional marketing strategies, and bring creative
ideas to help strengthen our brand.

A Day in the Life
Your days will be filled with variety-managing
our community giving and sponsorship portal to ensure information is accurate,
reports are ready, and resources are making the biggest impact. You'll dive
into digital marketing projects like social media, email campaigns, digital
ads, and electronic signage. At times you'll be writing press releases and
identifying new opportunities to share our story, while on other days you'll
focus on printed materials and keeping our marketing collateral fresh.
Throughout it all, you'll collaborate with a supportive team and help ensure
the German American brand shines consistently in everything we do.

What You'll Bring

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business; marketing or
  journalism preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong
  grammar and attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

Bonus Points

• Graphic design experience.
• Bilingual or multilingual
