Hybrid Schedule | $26.86 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support in-vehicle test procedures for powertrain calibration and development programs
  • Install and maintain vehicle instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems
  • Configure and operate data collection software to capture and process real-time CAN-bus and benchmarking data
  • Assist with fleet coordination, vehicle logistics, and post-test data processing
  • Collaborate with engineers to extract insights from test data and improve drive ability performance metrics
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation and software issues using a methodical, problem-solving approach



Required Skills & Experience:



  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle testing, data acquisition, or fleet coordination
  • Proficiency with instrumentation tools and data collection systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving data or software issues
  • Associate degree or certification in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Technology


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 4+ years of automotive test or calibration support experience
  • Familiarity with powertrain testing tools such as ATI Vision, ETAS INCA, or AVL-DRIVE
  • Experience supporting powertrain calibration, data processing, or fleet management
  • Knowledge of Matlab, technical documentation, and calibration workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
