Machine Filler

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Machine Filler Operator to join a fast-paced production team. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor filling equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production
• Check fill levels, packaging integrity, and product consistency
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed
• Record production data and complete quality control logs
• Assist with line changeovers and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine filler or equipment operator
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with automated or semi-automated machines
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with food safety or industry-specific guidelines is a plus
