Heritage has a full-time leadership position, Clinical Director, Community Integration Programs, which will provide leadership and managerial oversight for programs focusing on supporting individuals with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis live as independently as possible. We are hiring a Clinical Director to join our growing team. Work with a mission-led team with competitive pay and benefits. The Clinical Director will oversight the following programs:
- Williams Comprehensive Class Member Transition Program (supporting individuals transitioning from nursing facilities to community settings with wraparound services)
- Housing First (for individuals transitioning from nursing facilities and state hospitalization)
- Wellness Recovery Drop-In Center (recovery-led drop-in center)
- Community Integration (programs that support individuals living as independently as possible and collaborate with other mental health and substance use programs
- Recovery Support
The Director of Community Integration will provide supervisory and program oversight to key staff within all community integration programs with Essential functions:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision and oversight to Program Managers and team members
- Provide training and staff development to clinical leaders and team members
- Attend program meetings within Heritage to provide collaborative care for persons served
- Oversee completion of data management including
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Monitoring of performance measures and standards set forth by funders
- Lead and participate in community-based meetings
- Monitor program staffing needs and participate in hiring and orientation of new staff
- Coordinate communication, service provision, and continue to build relationships with area providers for linkage within our service area
- Ensure that all clinical activities performed by the team are compliant with standards, policies and procedures of the organization
- Assist in ensuring client referral and linkage to the programs
- Other duties as assigned
OVERALL JOB PERFORMANCE:
- At all times maintain confidentiality according to the Illinois Mental Health code and Confidentiality Act.
- Responsible for participating in required in-service training and community training seminars at the discretion supervisor.
- Attend/complete agency trainings as required.
- Participate in/attend committee meetings as applicable.
- Maintain a professional image and role as a representative of Heritage
- Attend individual supervision with supervisor at scheduled time weekly to review and report on progress, productivity, and concerns.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with changes to program needs and schedule as the need arises.
- Interactions with individuals and fellow staff members are supportive and respectful
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
Position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field. Candidates must have the ability to become licensed as an LPC or LSW. Must be able to work collaboratively with multiple programs/staff. Seeking candidates with superb computer and Microsoft office skills, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation and proof of current automobile insurance are required. Salary Range: $75,000-$190,000 per year depending on education, experience, and licensure Heritage also offers the following with this position:
