Trilogy Federal is seeking a CRM Application Developer with MS Dynamics experience to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in enhancing and optimizing their CRM systems. The ideal candidate will be a versatile technical expert capable of developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365-based applications that meet technical, operational, and business objectives while excelling in a dynamic and client-oriented environment. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team, focusing on modernizing critical travel and financial reimbursement systems.
Please note, this position is contingent upon award (likely Nov/Dec 2025)

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions and enhancements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to optimize VA's travel reimbursement and financial systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other VA systems such as financial management platforms and health solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance APIs for improved digital submissions and processing, aligning with VA.gov and mobile applications.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and optimize systems to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with VA security protocols and accessibility standards for all delivered solutions.
  • Collaborate with VA stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics solutions.
  • Support relevant processes and align with VA's IT frameworks and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including in-application development with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proven experience in CRM system integrations, customizations, and operational support.
  • Strong technical proficiency in C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Experience with VA systems in financial or healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with VA security standards, Agile methodologies, and related IT frameworks.
  • Familiarity with VA-approved project management tools.
