This position will be based out of either Boston or Waltham, MA. Job Purpose
The Media and PR Manager for National Grid's New England business will play a key role in supporting media relations and public affairs efforts that promote and protect the company's reputation. Reporting to the NE Director of Strategic Communications, this position will collaborate across business units and with senior colleagues to help shape strategic messaging, engage media outlets, and identify proactive storytelling opportunities that influence public perception. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings precision and initiative to every task. Key Accountabilities
* Develop and implement specific media strategies, including proactive earned media, creative storytelling content, and speaking engagements aligned with business goals and reputational priorities. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience. More Information
