Overview
Surgical Technology Program Director The Program Director provides leadership and oversight for the Surgical Technology program, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies. This role is responsible for curriculum development, faculty supervision, student support, and program outcomes, while maintaining strong partnerships with clinical affiliates and industry partners.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology (Required)
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a Scrub Role or combination of teaching and clinical experience with three (3) of the past five (5) years practicing as a surgical technologist and/or instructing in surgical technology (required)
- CST (Required)
- Proficient in curriculum design, program administration, evaluation, instruction, and counseling
- Proficient in assessing instructors' competence and effectiveness

- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to provide instruction in labs and demonstrate procedures

- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment when on site at assigned company location. Employees must be able to safely ambulate when on company premises.
