What You'll Do:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants, intervening when necessary and documenting events.

  • Follow study protocols and timelines carefully to keep everything running smoothly.

  • Perform clinical tasks such as vital signs, ECGs, medication administration, catheter insertion, and venipuncture.

  • Manage study supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is ready when needed.

  • Guide participants through the informed consent process, making it clear and comfortable for them.

  • Be the friendly, approachable face that volunteers remember-your interpersonal skills are key!

  • Support your team with additional clinical tasks as needed.

Who We're Looking For:

  • People-person extraordinaire: You make others feel welcome, appreciated, and confident in their experience with us.

  • Self-starter: Highly organized, proactive, and ready to take initiative.

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ClinSpark experience is a huge plus.

  • Bilingual: Fluent in written and spoken English, and fluent in spoken Spanish.

  • Certified & knowledgeable: Phlebotomy & Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) or equivalent.

  • One year of prior Research Assistant experience.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Regulatory or clinical research experience is a bonus.

Salary Range:

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
