JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. In collaboration with program leadership, support the development and implementation of the Ryan White Part C annual quality management plan; convene the Clinical Quality Management Committee and coordinate quality efforts with the HIV Case Management, HIV Medical Care, and HIV Prevention teams.
  2. Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of continuous improvement strategies and annual quality goals for ensuring Ryan White Program funded services meet federal funder requirements, U.S. Public Health Service HIV treatment guidelines, professional standards, and patient expectations.
  3. Ensure continuous quality improvement of Ryan White Program services; monitor quality management improvement projects; review annual quality goals and results.
  4. Use data to identify HIV-related health disparities, develop quality improvement goals, monitor progress and communicate results.
  5. In collaboration with program leadership, prepare reports to grant funders and meet conditions of grant award.
  6. Coordinate annual consumer feedback surveys, meetings, outreach, and events; analyze feedback and make recommendations for program improvement based on consumer input.
  7. Track and manage required training for Ryan White-funded staff members set forth by agreed upon Ryan White and other HIV funding contract(s).
  8. Attend national, regional and state conferences and committees as required by funding agencies.
  9. Complete all State HIV/AIDS Bureau training related to HIV education, testing, counseling, and other topics as delegated.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in medical, social services or public health field preferred; consideration will be made for a suitable combination of previous academic and professional experience.
  2. Experience working with people from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  3. Excellent organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
  5. Ability to plan and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholder groups.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Experience using MS Office, EMR and web-based programs.
