Responsibilities

The Marketing Science Analyst intern is responsible for insights, optimization, experimental design & testing, measuring results, and recommendations within funnel tactics, including digital and direct marketing tactics. This role also includes a focus on identifying and leveraging AI/ML models to further improve tactic results.

As a Marketing Science Analyst intern you will get to:

  • Work closely with business partners to define tactic goals and objectives
  • Leverage data to derive insights and inform marketing tactic execution
  • Utilize analytical and quantitative skills by using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate insights/recommendations, and measure success
  • Compile, prepare, and translate complex data into concise reports and dashboards that provide insights and informs next-step actions
  • Identify opportunities for increasing efficiency and consistency within work processes
  • Remain current on industry trends and brings forward opportunities for innovation


Qualifications
  • Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze large and complex sets of data to provide business insights across a broad range of needs and target audiences
  • Experience conducting assessments of marketing performance
  • Working knowledge of marketing models, other statistical techniques, and robust digital marketing acumen
  • Ability to work effectively, both individually and as a member of a project team
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, build relationships and present to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Familiar optimizing digital marketing KPIs and maximizing on ROI

Who We Are Looking For

  • Seeking current juniors (preferably) or seniors enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative fields that combine analytical rigor with business insight, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
  • Must have at least one semester remaining after the conclusion of the internship.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong interest in measuring marketing performance

Internship Program Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for the summer internship program, candidates must be full-time students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining after the internship, and must maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship.

What You Can Expect:

  • Summer Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
    • Due to the short duration of the summer program, we seek interns who will be available to engage and participate throughout the internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
  • Pay: $28/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
  • Competitive candidates will be invited to participate in a pre-screening video interview in the Fall of 2025
  • Where You'll Work:
      • HYBRID: This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. You will work out of one of the hub locations listed below.
      • REMOTE: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events!
      • Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship.
    • Hub Location(s): Bloomington, IL; Dunwoody, GA; Richardson, TX; Tempe, AZ
      • For San Francisco candidates: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
      • For Los Angeles candidates: Pursuant to the Los Angeles Fair Change Initiative for Hiring, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
      • Candidates selected for an internship will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend
