This includes forecasting, labeling, packaging, distribution, inventory management, budgeting, vendor oversight, and document filing within eTMF systems. You'll work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Global Planning, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, CMOs, and CROs to ensure seamless clinical trial material supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial materials for global studies.

  • Support Interactive Response Technology (IRT) development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ongoing system oversight.

  • Utilize forecasting tools to design and manage supply and demand plans that optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

  • Partner with Clinical Operations to align on demand assumptions and supply strategies.

  • Drive label creation and approval, including translations, booklets, and regulatory compliance.

  • Identify and mitigate potential supply risks.

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence and compliance with quality requirements.

  • Oversee return and destruction of clinical materials for assigned protocols.

  • Manage program or protocol budgets, monitor KPIs, and achieve cost-saving goals.

  • 3-7 years of experience in clinical supply (required).

  • Proven experience with supply/demand forecasting and planning tools (e.g., NSIDE, Bioclinica, 4G, Oracle).

  • Hands-on experience with IRT systems and UAT setup.

  • Understanding of GxP and global clinical supply chain operations.

  • Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners (CMOs, CROs, Clinical Ops).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

  • A self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and deliver high-quality results.
