With over 170 degree, diploma and certificate programs, MATC provides flexible pathways-online, in-person and hybrid-designed to meet students where they are and move them toward where they want to be. Whether launching directly into a high-demand career or transferring to complete a bachelor's degree through one of more than 40 university partners (including guaranteed admission agreements with leading Wisconsin institutions), MATC delivers accessible, affordable, and career-aligned education grounded in real-world experience.

Driven by a mission of education that transforms lives, industry and community, MATC is committed to empowerment, inclusion, innovation, integrity and respect. Ninety percent of associate degree graduates are employed within six months, and MATC degree holders realize significant lifetime earnings gains-demonstrating the College's measurable impact on economic mobility and regional workforce development. As a dynamic and responsive institution, MATC remains focused on expanding opportunity, strengthening industry partnerships and ensuring every learner has the support to succeed.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the President and working in close partnership with the MATC Foundation Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer has a distinctive opportunity to shape the future of one of the region's most impactful educational institution. This leader will set the strategic vision for the Foundation, strengthening its governance, ensuring financial stewardship, and advancing a bold, sustainable fundraising strategy that fuels student success and regional workforce growth. As a key member of the President's Cabinet, the CEO will align philanthropic priorities with institutional strategy while stewarding the Foundation's independent 501(c)(3) status with integrity and transparency.

This role offers the chance to elevate a growing philanthropic enterprise, scaling major gift development, expanding institutional and government grants, and deepening alumni engagement to unlock transformational investment. The CEO will lead and inspire a dedicated development and grants team, mobilize volunteer leadership, and serve as the primary liaison between Foundation trustees and College leadership. By cultivating relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations and public-sector partners, the CEO will play a central role in removing barriers to education, accelerating careers, and strengthening Milwaukee's talent pipeline for generations to come.

The desired candidate profile for this role - is a great fundraiser; someone who can positively build relationships in the community, with funders and donors; who can connect to MATC's mission, has strategic vision, makes impact and can move long-term goals to fruition with their staff.

We want you to lead our MATC Foundation team!
