Position Summary: |
The Program Director is responsible for oversight of the Yeshiva University small, boutique Mordecai and Monique Katz Associate Degree Programs and for assessing and maintaining the academic quality of the programs. This position reports to the Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs.

Position Responsibilities: |
- Schedule courses, faculty, student and faculty communications, and other program logistics
- Oversee student advisement and coordinate with academic support services
- Maintain and evolve policies that ensure student success and an exceptional student experience
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate a team of full-time and adjunct faculty
- Lead ongoing curriculum development and assessment
- Collaborate with the University's departments on marketing, recruitment, and admissions
- Prepare reports on enrollment, student and faculty analytics; course and program assessment
- Participate in University self-studies for accrediting bodies and internal partners
- Teach one skills/orientation class per semester.

Experience & Education Background: |
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the administration of academic programs
- Experience at the associate's level is a plus
- Master's degree in a related field required; PhD is a plus.
- Experience recruiting, leading, and developing full-time and adjunct faculty
- Experience in Student Success, Advising, Career Counseling a plus.
- Experience with online education is a plus

Salary Range: |
$75,000-$90,000 |
