Advantage xPO is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Facilities Coordinator to support HVAC operations for a designated customer account. In this role, you will manage all aspects of open HVAC work orders to ensure they are completed on time and within client expectations.
This includes daily communication with service providers, updating systems, coordinating with internal teams, and being the go-to point of contact for vendors. A strong background in commercial HVAC is required.

Pay: $19-$20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Act as the primary liaison between HVAC service providers and internal teams
  • Manage and prioritize open work orders using Excel and internal systems
  • Regularly follow up via phone and email to obtain service updates
  • Update work order statuses in the company system
  • Communicate with account teams on escalations, reassignments, and invoicing concerns
  • Assist with dispatching in the absence of the assigned dispatcher
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation across all accounts



Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years in facilities maintenance, property management, or customer service
  • Experience coordinating commercial HVAC service delivery
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Windows-based systems
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Professional, customer-focused, and dependable
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
