Summary The Account Manager (Inside Sales Representative) is responsible for the day-to-day sales functions such as order entry, order expediting, and problem resolution as well as having a constant awareness of impact on profits. This position is responsible for developing and building key relationships with customers. The ISR works closely with the Territory and Integrated Planning Desk Managers to ensure that the customer's needs are met and works to ensure that all customer quotes are done in an accurate and timely manner. The ideal candidate has the ability to build customer relationships and through communication, integrity and trust strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
