About the Role
We are seeking a U.S. based Organizational Strategy Director to join our ES organization. This role will work closely with the Global ESBP organization and key partners to lead and manage our company's restructuring and site closure programs. This is a critical leadership role responsible for operationalizing large-scale organizational change across our global workforce.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ES operations, organizational design and program management, with a proven track record of executing complex restructuring initiatives. You will be a key driver in making our organization more agile and efficient, directly impacting our business strategy and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Program Leadership & Strategy: Drive the end-to-end execution of Salesforce's restructuring and site closure programs. Design, refine, and scale program strategies to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with executive business priorities.
* Process Automation & Streamlining: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the restructuring and closure processes. Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for all restructuring and site closure activities. Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team and People Services & Operations (PS&O) team to establish key metrics and reporting, the Employee Relations (ER) and Legal teams to ensure legal compliance and fair process, and the Employee Success Business Partners (ESBP) team to ensure seamless execution.
* Communication & Enablement: Build and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy and toolkit for ESBPs and stakeholders. Develop templates, guides and training materials to ensure consistent execution of restructuring and closure programs across business units.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, providing expert guidance on organizational design, change management and people impacts. Proactively address concerns, mitigate risks and manage expectations throughout the restructuring and closure initiatives.
* Organizational Health Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership and Strategic Workforce and Organizational Planning (SWOP) team to operationalize and communicate key organizational health initiatives. Drive efforts such as adjusting spans of control, optimizing manager-to-employee ratios and evolving design principles to support a healthy, high-performing culture.

Qualifications:
* Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale organizational design, change management, or restructuring.
* Scale: Proven experience in managing and operationalizing HR programs within a global, large-scale enterprise

* Strong project and program management skills.
* Deep understanding of HR business processes and technology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $257,600.
