Job Description

The Strategic Business Ventures Manager is responsible for evaluating the economic viability of new business opportunities and ventures. This role will lead the development of financial models, decision frameworks, and performance metrics to guide strategic investments and initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, highly collaborative, and capable of building scalable solutions from the ground up in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate and prioritize new business ventures based on financial viability, strategic alignment, and potential return on investment.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and scenario plans to assess risk and return.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to align on business goals and execution plans.
- Design and implement decision-making frameworks to guide venture selection and resource allocation.
- Build and manage a dynamic portfolio or scorecard to track performance and progress of business ventures.
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis to inform strategic positioning and revenue modeling.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform decision-making.
- Influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Lead initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring scalability and adaptability based on opportunity size.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic growth opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role may have supervisory responsibilities depending on team structure and project scope.

Experience

.Proven experience in evaluating and launching new business initiatives.

- Advanced financial modeling and scenario planning expertise.
- Strong understanding of revenue models and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
