Inbound Client Support Representative (Hybrid)

Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Bethlehem, PA
Schedule:
Mon-Thurs: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST | Fri: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
We're seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Inbound Client Support Representative.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with questions and troubleshooting issues related to our new client portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism and empathy
• Provide guidance and support for navigating the client portal
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or account-related issues
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues as needed

Qualifications:

• No specific experience required - training will be provided
• Ideal for early-career professionals with an interest in wealth management (not required)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
