What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking an Organizational Manager- Renewables Engineering to join our Power Delivery Practice! What you'll be challenged to do: In this role, you will need to be a motivated leader with a positive attitude to serve renewable clients, build and lead diverse design teams, and drive quality production and prompt project delivery. At a high level, this role will require someone with a track record of effective leadership and exceptional communication skills, capable of mentoring project teams, fostering collaboration with an inclusive approach to leadership. The Organizational Manager is expected to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple Groups and Teams within a defined business unit or area. This role ensures alignment of project execution with organizational goals, drives cross-functional collaboration, and leads business development initiatives to support growth and profitability. The Organizational Manager is responsible for resource planning, financial performance, client relationship management, and quality assurance across all assigned Groups. This position serves as a key liaison between Business Unit leadership and project delivery teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. What you will bring to our firm:
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $200,000- $225,000 (USD). Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Featured Benefits:

Salary Range:
$155,000 - $195,000
